Payment Terms
Reservations must be paid in full and received by July 25, 2015. Riding fees will be due prior to checkout. Clinic positions are limited and spots fill fast, be sure you are committed to attend when placing your reservation. Upon confirmation you will be supplied Cowboy Boot Camp Horsemanship Company agreement and liability forms, which we require you to complete and bring with you on the first day of the clinic. If you fail to pay your fee on time, we will assume you have canceled and any deposit will be subjected to the following provisions.
Cancellations
If for some reason you are unable to attend a Cowboy Boot Camp clinic on your selected date, there is an option to roll your deposit over to another clinic date as long as it falls within twelve months of your first selected date or you may use for lessons at $50 per hour at any of our other facilities. You will be subject to a $150 cancellation charge.
Note
All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Children 10 years of age and under may audit for free. Bunkhouse accommodations for these clinics are included in the package with the exception of personal bedding and toiletries. Additionally, guests are responsible for their own food but kitchen and BBQ facilities are provided. Horsetrailer hook-ups are available.

Additional Fees
Horse Rentals: If you are unable to bring a horse to the clinic, horses will be available to rent at $50 per hour. The rental price includes tack and all necessities.
This is a great opportunity if you want to learn the program and techniques correctly first hand but don't have a horse. You can then apply these techniques to any horse where ever you ride!
Accommodations for this event is Ranch Bunkhouse-styled at $70/night/person for members, $120/night/person, not-member (group or family discount available)
Horseback riding fees are due prior to checkout.
Trailer hook ups are $35 a day.
If your bring your own horse, stall rentals are $25 a day for all clinics. Hay not included and you must clean your own stalls.
